Those of you following us on Facebook or Twitter would know by now that we have revamped our “From India with “Love collection of candles. Ever since we got these beauties in our hands, after months of tumultuous production runs, we haven’t been able to stop gushing about how wonderful they are! Not only have we done away with layers of unnecessary packaging, but we’ve also made them super eco-friendly by directly hand-pouring them into gorgeous reusable tins. If that wasn’t enough, we even added two new signature fragrances- Delhi and Goa- guaranteed to take you back to a Mughal garden in the capital city or transport you to a sandy beach, favorite cocktail in hand.
But of course before we unveil our latest creation, we had to photograph it in just the right way so as to showcase it’s awesomeness. Back we went to our little studio off Lamington Road with bags full of props and crates full of candles.
We carefully selected the candle tins that would be the face of the collection and matched them to the natural fragrances they contained inside. The entire studio smelled of our candle collection, the fresh ingredients filling the air with fruity, floral and spicy scents. The pictures turned out beautifully, the presence of the ingredients making it such that you could almost smell the candles through the screen. While we were there, we decided to photograph our festive lanterns as well as our stationery collection. All these products are new to Forty Red Bangles in the new year and we can’t wait to share the finished product with you!
Our lovely “From India with Love” candles are 100% natural, made from botanical wax and scented with our signature blends of pure essential oils. The wick is cotton and burns clean without releasing smoke or harmful chemicals. Our candles are all hand-poured in Jodhpur.
